Return Policy

All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. You may contact us within 5 business days from the purchase date if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value. If you choose to exchange your purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items are authentic vintage and are subject to imperfections.

Order Processing Times

Orders typically take 5-7 business days to process before they are shipped – Holidays and Weekends are excluded. Please keep this in mind before ordering. There is a chance that the processing time will be longer than 5-7 business days during Sales and Holidays.

Shipping Policy

ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS. Orders typically take 2-3 business days to arrive – Inclement weather, distance from sender, or a variety of other unforeseen circumstances may make this time longer. Once you have your tracking, please contact USPS with any issues with delivery times. Only some orders are applicable for express shipping.

If you suspect your item has been mis-delivered or lost – PLEASE put in a claim with USPS BEFORE sending an email to info@ninethirty-one.com. We can not assist you with lost or delayed packages without a claim number.
